Bonding Activity Facilitation Services

  • Pre-Event
    • After the client contacts the official WhatsApp of Tutingtas Creation, our team will promptly schedule an online meeting for an initial discussion aimed at understanding the client's basic needs regarding the bonding event, including the number of participants, event objectives, location, and any specific elements required.

    • Tutingtas Creation will make every effort to accommodate new schedules, but cannot guarantee availability at specific times.
    • The client is required to attend the meeting at the agreed time and provide complete information for optimal planning.
    • After the online meeting, Tutingtas Creation will prepare a proposal containing event details, concepts, and cost estimates based on the discussion.
    • The proposal will be sent to the client for review and approval before moving forward with the event preparation stage.

    Event Scheduling

    • The client is required to select the event date before the event to secure the time slot.
    • The selected schedule will be confirmed by Tutingtas Creation, depending on the availability of facilitators and equipment.
    • If the desired schedule is unavailable, Tutingtas Creation will offer alternative nearby dates.
    • The client can request a schedule change up to 7 days prior to the event, depending on Tutingtas Creation’s availability. Changes requested after this time frame are not guaranteed to be accommodated.

    Participant Confirmation

    • The client is required to confirm the number of participants at least 3 days before the event.
    • Changes in the number of participants less than 3 days before the event may not be accommodated and could affect the smooth execution of the event.
  • Client's Obligations
    • The client must provide clear and complete information regarding the number of participants, event objectives, location, and any specific requirements needed.
    • The client is responsible for the safety and behavior of the participants during the event. Tutingtas Creation is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the negligence of participants.
    • The client must ensure that the provided location meets the requirements for bonding activities.
  • Tutingtas Creation's Obligations
    • Tutingtas Creation will provide experienced facilitators and the necessary equipment according to the type of event agreed upon.
    • Tutingtas Creation is committed to delivering quality services and will strive to meet client requests to the extent possible.
    • Tutingtas Creation is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.
  • Pricing and Payment
    • The service cost will be provided before the event based on the program details, number of participants, event duration, and additional elements requested by the client.
    • Payment must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. The client is required to pay a deposit (DP) at least 3 days before the event as a reservation guarantee, with the remaining balance to be settled after the event.
    • Cancellations must be made no later than 3 days before the event and will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Service Limitations and Modifications
    • The client has the right to request revisions for service details, such as event concepts, board game materials, and event decorations, according to the agreed-upon requirements.
    • Requests for revisions must be submitted in writing via the communication platform (Tutingtas Creation business WhatsApp) and received at least 7 days before the event date to ensure optimal preparation.

    • If revision or modification requests require additional equipment, materials, or personnel, Tutingtas Creation will inform the client of any additional costs to be agreed upon before the changes are made.
    • Any additional costs due to revisions or modifications must be paid before the event or according to the agreed terms.
  • Client Privacy and Data
    • Tutingtas Creation respects client confidentiality and will not share personal information without permission unless required by law or authorities.
  • Unexpected Events
    • If an unforeseen event occurs, the affected party (either the client or Tutingtas Creation) must notify the other party within a reasonable time and explain the impact on the event execution.
    • If the event cannot proceed due to an unforeseen event, Tutingtas Creation will make efforts to reschedule the event according to mutual agreement.
    • If rescheduling is not possible, either party has the right to cancel the event without incurring a cancellation fee, provided the unforeseen event can be substantiated.
    • In this case, neither party will be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from the inability to execute the event as scheduled or agreed upon.
  • Dispute Resolution
    • In the event of a dispute regarding revision or modification requests, both the client and Tutingtas Creation agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved according to the applicable laws in Indonesia.
